车位严重不足，底以下停车场开发商为了卖高价，现在业主的车全部不准停，空着，准备随时开卖，业主们只能停在外面的露天。佛山的房产，小区一般，但价格在佛山来说也算是名列前列了，按佛山政策，超过佛山均价太高都按豪宅来过税，所以买这里要交三个点的豪宅税。

还有就是电梯老是坏，经常有人被困里面。晕啊。
